Mono spices and herbs
On your behalf we procure the assortment which includes a wide range of spices such as black pepper, paprika, garlic, onion and herbs, in different grinds and fractions, carefully selected for you at origin.
We pay particular attention to black pepper originating from Brazil and China. This is harvested and separated by hand, without the help of machines, and then dried naturally in the sun.
All products are available in the desired EU quality as well as in the traditional quality directly from the producer or at the desired port.
Plant fibres
We procure a wide range of natural fibres of the highest EU quality for you. By using the available wheat fibre, bamboo fibre or powdered cellulose, you meet many important nutritional criteria and most of the functional requirements of the food industry.
